Good-bye, my friend !

One of my friends from overseas left Sapporo yesterday. He was from Heilongjiang in China. It has been 34 years since Hokkaido established a friendship affiliation with Heilongjiang. Every year, an able and talented person who has a good command in Japanese is dispatched to Hokkaido Government to support its international exchange. Of course, interpretation and translation are required to them sometimes. As a Coordinator of International Relations, he did a lot for Hokkaido.

His mandate in Hokkaido was only one year but he exerted his best efforts for the international exchange of Hokkaido Prefectural Government and the people living there. He has to wait for 14 days after his arrival and before he meets his family in China .
We really appreciate his contribution to the benefit of Hokkaido people. Thank you so much for everything,my friend !
