Dinner in La Vista Mt. Asahidake!

After relaxing and wahing up our bodies in the hot spring bath of Hotel La Vista Mt. Asahidake Daisetsuzan, my wife and I enjoyed the dinner course from around 19:00 in the evening. The starter was ;
☆Marinaded salmon with sour cream sauce
☆Terrine of poireau(leek) produced in Makkari Townwith jerry vinegar ,
☆Confit of gizzard of a cross between a wild and a domestic duck
☆A slice of cod fried in garlic oil. called "ahijo" showed that we were climbing the dinner course to the climax. The cod was from Mashike Town on the west coast of Hokkaido Island.
☆Gnocchi made of potato "Kitaakari" and spinach produced in Hokkaido with curry cream sauce.
To be surprised, grilled sausage, steamed pumpkin and potato covered with melted cheese were served after the gnocchi. It was not on the menu of the dinner course.
☆Meuniere of cod with white miso(fermented soy-beans paste)
☆ Hokkaido beef and veggies boiled with Domi Gras sauce
or
☆Shiretoko chicken sauteed in Basque way
☆Mousse(pudding) of white chocolate and framboise with rum raisin ice cream
