Dishes in Chirai, Etanbetsu !

This dish is what my wife chose for lunch in French restaurant "Chirai", Etanbetsu District of Asahikjawa City on that sunny day. It contained Fresh veggie salad, prochute, quiche of blue cheese, garlic toast, fried mushroom "maitake" and tomato soup. My wife was so satisfied with each food and the display on the wooden plate.

I let my wife select another dish for her tasting. It contained two piece of quality pork boiled with broth and sauteed, boiled carrot and broccoli, sauteed mushroom "maitake" and potato. The pork was so tasty, soft and pleasant on the tongue.

Sauteed aubergine was behind the broccoli. Flakes of cheese were sprinkled over the meats and veggies like snow. The tables were almost full at lunch time on that day but the waiting time is not so long, I think.
