From the eastern part of Kuhio Beach, the bright lights of Waikiki filled up us so much after the hard working hours in our business jaunt as well as our private time in Honolulu.
As a part of the cooperation based on the Sister-state Affiliation between Hokkaido and Hawaii, I would like to establish the scheme to exchange the residence of our friends in Hawaii and the citizens in Hokkaido when the timing matched appropriately.
Without the trust and responsibility between the regions and the people, it is impossible. But I am sure that such kind of arrangement can be true only between Hokkaido and Hawaii.
