This is the courtyard of the Hawaii Museum and Government Building which building had been used as Hawaii Hotel before. The water fountain in the courtyard was presented by the government of Morocco.   

The Government of Morocco offered to establish a sister-state affiliation with the State of Hawaii but it has not been approved yet. Instead, Hokkaido was selected as the new sister-state of Hawaii.

The ceremony of signing up the agreement to establish a sister-state relationship was held in this courtyard. I checked up the details of the location and the facility beforehand.
