No, this is a unit of the condominium in "One Niseko" but the unit is currently used as a relaxing room after enjoying the hot spring spa of the hotel.
The building had been run by Layton Group in Japan and was refurbished. Most of the units in the condo. were owned by some companies and individuals and others are for visitors and tourists.
I met a gentleman whom I met in the hot spring spa said that he was from Yokohama City and stayed for four months in his unit of the condo. every year. He retired at his age of 55 and is 65 years old now. I felt envy a little bit because he could drink cold beer just after enjoying the hot spring spa.
