The Italian restaurant "Tokoharu" is run by the scion of the Speaker of the Hokkaido Legislative Assembly Mr. Noritoshi MURATA. It is so called "Hole-in-the-wall" restaurant at Taiyo Building 2nd floor, Minami 3-jo, Nishi 8-chome, Chuo-ku, Sapporo. The dinner on that day started with boiled veggie topped with sliced truffle.
Pasta topped with boiled romanesco followed. It was tomato-based flavor and the dish was so nice to see. It was a kind of art of display, I think. Grilled trout was served with green beans sauce.
Cheese-rizotto was so tasteful and gave us the second wing. Grilled lamb chop, carrot and green chili werer on the main dish. The gravy sauce matched the veggies and meat so much. You can find the Italian restauran at
