My wife and I make a point of savoring fresh sea urchin rice bowl once or twice a year. The restaurant is run by the seafood company Murakami headquartered in Hakodate. As I posted before, red "Horse-dang sea urchin is the top of tops considering the price and the taste.
On the next day of having annual sea urchin rice bowl, my wife and I headed to Niseko area to refresh ourselves and ease the pain. My wife looked so tired and exhausted. Under the beautiful blue sky, the scenery around Mt. Yotei was so nice.
The peak of Mt. Yotei was covered with the white cloud. With the shape of beautiful Konide, the mountain keeps providing special delicious pure water at the foot of the mountain.
