Thick Pork Meat for Tonkatsu !

These thick sliced pork seemed to have been hit to avoid shrinking before being fried. It American pork , not Japanese but cooked in Japanese way.

Needless to say, I was also invited to the ceremony as a representative of Hokkaido. The people in Hawaii have to make line to savor the delicious fried cuisine of the restaurant now.  

But I can reserve a table for my friends and myself in this restaurant, thanks to Mr. Nakanishi. This talk will not go out of this blog.
