It has been 33 years since Hokkaido and Heilonjiang of China established a friendship affiliation in 1986. We will celebrate 35th Anniversary in 2021.
Deputy Director General for Agriculture and Agricultural Village Mr.Li Shi Run visited Hokkaido and paid a courtesy call on Senior Director for nternational Affairs in Hokkaido Government Mr. Yuji KONDO.
They were given a briefing on the agriculture in Hokkaido.
They will visit Central Agricultural Experiment Facility in Naganuma Town and Hokuren Pearl Rice Facory. Heilongjiang is the biggest rice crop farming area in China. The technology was delivered by Mr. Shoichi HARA in Hokkaido years ago.
