Getting down to sea urchin !

After getting down M.Usu, Mr. Wang Qishan and the Chinese delegation visited Ogawa Shoten that traffic in super-quality fresh sea urchin. They trades not only the sea urchin sourced locally in Hokkaido but also the ones imported from Russia and North  America.

Mr. Wang and other Chinese delegation members stepped in the factory where the sea urchin products were made. Needless to say, each of them had to be cleaned up and wear the white coat, long boots and cap.

We heard that Mr. Wang loved the taste of fresh sushi-grade sea urchin. Mr. Wang listened to the manager of the factory during his explanation in the facility.
