Tasting of Top-Quality Sea Urchin !

These are the sample of the sea urchin products made by Ogawa Shoten in Toyako Town. The sea urchin raised off shore of Hamanaka Town in the eastern area of Hokkaido, grown in the natural ocean off shore of Kushiro, Kunashiri Island were displayed for tasting by Mr. Wang.
The sea urchin in the plastic package is preserved in salt water. So the taste is original before processing. Sea urchin on the wooden board is preserved with alum. You can feel the different of the taste but the quality got much better than before.
Tasting time will start soon. It might be tough for Mr. Wang and other delegation members to wait tasting the yum sea urchin until the end of the explanation by the manager.
