With the national Diet members of Japan and the members of Hokkaido Legislative Assembly as the guests to the opening ceremony for Vietnam Festival in Sapporo 2022, the Head of the Vietnamese Delegation delivered the congratulatory speech on the stage.
She is the sixth senior caucus member of the Vietnamese central government. The Vietnamese traditional attire called "Aozai" looked so nice and chic. Her behavior showed her accumulated experience and dignity.
