Tonkatsu Tamafuji Open!

The second Pre-open event of "Tonkatsu Tamafuji" was held on the next day, inviting the top players in Honolulu. Department of Business, Economic Development and Tourism of the State of Hawaii was also invited.

This time, we could see the cooking space over the counter. Delicious Japanese style thick fried pork was floating in the oil.

The guests invited to this event were gazing at the fried pork and waiting for their turn. Everybody seemed to be so happy.
