Sapporo Nakajima Park is run by the municipality of Sapporo but as there is Sapporo Park Hotel at the northern end of the park, it seems like the private garden of the hotel.
Some hotels and condominiums are located around the park and the park view may be a kind of perks for the rooms facing the park.
Some visitors from overseas were taking photos in front of this tree wearing red leaves. Old community house "Houheikan" had been refurbished some years ago. Now it is pale blue.
