This is the manufacturing line to make the white chocolate cookie sandwich and special baum cochen in Ishiya Confectionary. It was on Saturday. The line was not fully operated but some of them were in operation.
The symbolic character of Hokkaido Tourism "Kyun-chan" which motif is "pika" that is the "living fossil" , very small hare that inhabits around the peaks of mountains. Yes, they are "Highlanders".
Kyunchan made its outfit of deer by himself and he made other kinds of outfits, in the story.
As we visited the chocolate factory run by Ishiya Confection in October, a variety of Halloween decoration could be seen here and ther in the building. Many citizens were enjoying the sweets and the attractions.
It was so a beautiful day in autumn of 2021.
