The President of Brazil-Hokkaido Culture and Welfare Association received the mementos from Hokkaido Prefectural Government, the Hokkaido Legislative Assembly, Hokkaido International Exchange and Cooperation Center.

In return for the mementos fro Hokkaido side, the President Mr. Norinobu OHNUMA handed the memorial plaque made of leather to the Speaker of Hokkaido Legislative Assembly Mr. Noritoshi MURATA.

The boy scouts and the girl scouts played the key role to keep the community stable and beneficial for the members. They will be the trail brazer in this unstable and unforeseeable world.
