The Vice President of Brazil-Hokkaido Culture and Welfare Association Mr. Oston Ichiro HIRANO took photos with the Vice Governor of Hokkaido Mr. Yusuke NAKANO and the President of Hokkaido Brazil Society Mr. Tomoyoshi MICHISITA.

 Mr. Michishita has been playing a key role to maintain the exchange between Brazil and Hokkaido. He also runs a Brazilian BBQ restaurant in the outskirt of Iwamizawa City where many welcome reception and farewell party was held for the visitors from South America.

 The next day of the ceremony to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the immigration from Hokkaido and the 80th Anniversary of the establishment of Brazil Hokkaido Culture and Welfare Association, the present from Abira Town of Hokkaido was displayed on the premises of "Japan House " in Sao Paulo.
