Current President of Hokkaido Association in Paraguay Mr. Naoki Shirosawa extended the words of welcome and appreciation. We really appreciate their efforts to keep their good command in Japanese because Hokkaido Prefectural Government don't exert efforts to raise Spanish-speaking officers.
Conversations among Hokkaido Delegation members, the immigrants and their family started so naturally as if all of them had been friends for years. Hokkaido Delegation members paid respects and actually admire the immigrants and their family because of their efforts and self-discipline that established the fame of Japanese immigrants.
The immigrants from Hokkaido and their family were eager to talk to Hokkaido people and to hear about the current situation in Hokkaido. That is why they could talk like longtime-friends. I was so happy to see them chatting so happily.
