I think the Fishermen's Wharf Kushiro was built decades ago and many tourists drop by to buy souvenirs, eat top-grade seafood and take part in the events held inside. A salvage fleet was having a rest near the facility. I thought it might be easy to enter the city from overseas without passport control.
It was getting darker gradually as the setting sun was sinking under the horizon. The ocean was very calm as if it was ready to sleep. It would be fine the next day. I jogged around the fishermen's city before the binge drinking in the old bar-hopping area of the city.
