I am not sure if the area was developed by cutting and taking off the ground or embankment. Buildings to be make on these premises will have to be arranged to savor amply the landscape of Mt. Yotei or Mt. Niseko Annupri so caerfully.
The rooms on the eastern side of Hotel Nikko Niseko Style should keep this fine view of Mt. Yotei. I don't know the plan of the development and allocation of the accommodations in these area but it must be tough to design the total comfortable space.
The godsends to this area should be well-shared and well-maintained. Many foreign capitals and tourists swamped to this area but the original value of the region must be kept and respected, I think. What do you think about it ?
