Just before the departure for the International Exhibition !

Our flight to Kobe Airport was planned to leave New Chitose International Airport at quarter passed eight. We dived into the eatery featuring Japanese "Ochazuke" which means Japanese soup rice flavored with broth of a various ingredients such as smoked, fermented and dried bonito flakes, dried sea kelp, fish bones, Japanese green tea and so forth. 

We could choose toppings, so I chose grilled beef slice with horse radish and my wife did grilled salmon slice. It was so energizing and inspiring with kind and tender flavoring.
