I was struck by food poisoning on December 30(Mon.) after having dinner alone. I had skewered grilled chicken and pork, fresh raw fish slices but I felt the oiliness of the mixture of variety of fish such us tuna, yellow tail, squid, shrimp and conch.
They were delicious but some of them might not be sushi grade or some kinds of viruses were in them. I lost bowel and was annoyed bad feelings with diarrhea. That seemed to be the way of protection for my digest system. I made a point of drink water regularly to avoid dehydration.
In the morning of December 31(Tue.), I felt my stomach stopped working but I jogged around as usual vomiting a wee bit a few times on my way of jogging.
