I've never heard of Double Dragon Corporation before but it seemed to be constructing a new hotel in the marsh near the ski field of Mt. Niseko Annupri. Is it Philippine company based in Metro Manila?
Comparatively affordable rooms will be provided by the hotel, I think. As the landscape from the hotels and villas at the foot of Mt. Niseko Annupri should not be hidden by the new construction, the height of the new building must be regulated by the municipality or the association of the hotels.
I found some villas were for sale around the new construction. For the owner of the villas, it may be the time to sell and earn a small fortune. Mean real estate companies seemed to be acting for the trade of the real estate.
