The Escon Field run by the local professional baseball team Nipponham Fighters has slide roof that can be opened and closed in order to raise the natural lawn in the field.
We enjoyed the hot spring spa on the left stand side of the facility on that day. No baseball game on that day but the facility was designed so that the visitors including the citizens of Kitahiroshima City could enjoyed their weekends and holidays even if no game was arranged. BBQ site, organic agricultural fields, granping site are around the ballpark.
