Hot Spicy Noodle Soup Supremacy!

 We were struck by the tasty spicy hot noodle soup Tan Tan Mien on our way back to home from the concert hall "Kitara" in Sapporo. The ramen noodle soup restaurant specialized in the spicy hot noodle soup .

Happily we happened to encountered this restaurant and its special cheese risotto making the most of the spicy hot soup after the noodle was eaten up. I admire the chef who figured out this combination. The restaurant is at the south end of the famous bar-hopping area of Sapporo City "Susukino".
