As I mentioned before, Hokkaido and the State of Hawaii will celebrate the Fifth Anniversary of their Sister-state Affiliate in 2022. I wish I could take the Hokkaido Delegation to this place 

after visiting Honolulu to throw some party and events for the anniversary. Actually, it will be the first anniversary event after they established the Sister-state Affiliation.

But the current situation on this globe is very tough after the fourth wave of the pandemic of the nouvelle corona virus disease. I am not sure if we will be able to dispatch the official delegation from Hokkaido to Hawaii next year or not.
