Tinh Quang Ninh Delegation visited Hokkaido !

Tinh Quang Ninh Delegation visited Hokkaido and paid a courtesy call on the Vice President of Hokkaido University. The delegation included the representatives of Ha Long University.

They needed a Japanese-teaching doctors in their university. International-students centers had been established in most of the universities in Japan when the national plan to invite international students had been officially decided by central government of Japan to take care of the international students.

But basically, post-graduates and international students use English for communications. So most of the international-students centers were abolished because Japanese language teaching care was not necessary in universities.
