Epilogue 13 ! Fukuyoshi in Kotoni !

Headquartered in Bibai City, "Fukuyoshi"  may be one of the most popular and competitive Yakitori restaurants group in Hokkaido.

My wife and I took the guest to the branch restaurant in Kotoni district of Sapporo City. Various kinds of parts including the intestine of chicken were skewered, grilled and flavored with salt and pepper so nicely.  

The intestine including yolks of chicken were boiled with special sauce .

 The thighs of chicken were sauteed and topped with melted cheese and corn.

The inside of the restaurant was kept tidy and comfortable. There were a few guests in the restaurant.
You have to wrap up the dinner with buckwheat noodle soup topped with grilled chicken.
