The entrance of " Garden Grill" in Sapporo Beer Garden was decorated so nicely with the collection of the art works and valuables.
As it was in summer, no burning logs were in the fireplace.
A variety of lamb meat can be ordered as shown on the left.
It seemed that the Jingiskan Pot of grain-fed lamb and grilled marbled-beef topped the list of excellency.
This is the Jingiskan Pot of flat-type.
First of all, the thick asparagus should be grilled and savored before the smell of grilled meat filled in the space.
The quality lamb was served to our table and the feast got started. The meat was not dried nor aging. It was not so-called dried nor aging and rather fresh. To be continued.
