Blakiston's fish owl
Japanese name is "Ezo Shima Fukurou" that is the namesake of its characteristics of "striped" and the old name of Hokkaido Island "Ezo".
I was not sure if the size of the owl gave any impact to the beautiful ladies from the main island of Japan or not.
