We arrived at the parking area of the popular look out on Cape Kamui. As I posted before, Kamui means the deities in the language of the indigenous people in Hokkaido, Ainu.
It takes approximately twenty minutes to reach the horn of the cape. It was foggy around the horn.
Strictly speaking, the cape should not be stepped in by females but I am not sure why it is prohibited in the writings. But in reality, females step in the forbidden area nowadays.
The parking area could be seen from the path to the gate to the horn.
This is the gate to the area prohibited to enter before. The lookout on the horn is over the hill ahead.
