The citizens of Bibai City love this fried noodle in the plastic bag. My class mates were given the "Yakisobe Pack" as the souvenir of the night from the mayor Mr. Takahashi.
Mr. Masanobu Sato, the key person of the public relations for Bibai City devotes himself for the city all the year round, 24/7/365 or 366. He was born in Kumaishi Town on the west coast of Hokkaido but now is struggling to raise up the exposure of the city.
