I was wondering why several Japanese tea ceremony cottages were on the premises of Yasukuni Shrine where the souls of the soldiers who fought for the nation and died in Japanese history.
All the Imperial soldiers and the guardians of Japan loved Japan and the people living there and many of them loved the traditional events, behavior and the spirit to harmonize and coexist with the nature including other kinds of species.
Many citizens of Hokkaido were also dispatched to overseas to protect their parents, families, lovers who didn't want to send their children to the battle field. For the deceased who wanted to enjoy cultural events, arts and normal life, a variety of facilities for the ordinary life might have been the best choice to donate to the shrine for the souls of the deceased.
