The fried flat Chinese noodle might be a new dish in the Dim Sum table buffet in "China Kitchen" of Hotel Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono.
It was the perfect level of heat, just enough to tingle but not too much. The texture was perfect like the mixture of crispy and chewy.The dessert was Annin Doufu and mango pudding as usual. As we stayed in the adjacent hotel Nikko Niseko Style, we spent ample time in this isolated place in a sense. The Dim Sum buffet is not cheap but gives us something inspiring, I think.
