Takahashi Ranch in Niseko Town !

This tractor had been actually used in Takahashi Ranch of Niseko Town, I think. Driving the tractor in this area for an hour might be intriguing but tough for hours. The workers in the ranch had done that before.  

From the relaxation space next to the hot spring spa in Hotel Nikko Niseko Style, this scenery could be seen on that day. The lifts were in service even in daytime.  Optical fibers illumination was not set on the field in front of Hotel Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono yet but soon the attractive events will be held.

Outdoor activities such as zip line and trees trekking are available in the adjacent area but speaking of rafting, the guests must be picked up by the shuttle bus from Hanazono Area. 

 

Making Cheese in Takahashi Ranch !

Even on Saturday, the workers of the cheese factory were struggling to make top-quality cheese in the humid cell of the factory run by Takahashi Ranch. Their art works were displayed in the fridge and waiting for the time to mature completely. 

This is the appearance of the Italian restaurant "Mandriano" and its cheese factory. Every weekend, so many visitors and tourists swamp to the area and give the power to them.

Other than the restaurant and cheese factory, they have sweets shop that sells ice cream, yogurt, sausages cookies. A veggie shop sourced locally and a craft shop are on the same premises. Please try them and get the level of the culinary delights in the area.

 

Cheese Factory and Italian Restaurant Mandriano in Takahashi Ranch!

Our visits to Kutchan /Niseko Area have relieved us from daily stress and pressure so much and helped us recharge our butteries so nicely. As we have to respond to the unforeseeable accidents and disasters in our business, we can not be far from Sapporo City except for our hometown-visit.    

We made a point of having lunch in the Italian restaurant "Mandriano" run by Takahashi Ranch in Niseko Town. Otherwise, we have Dim Sum lunch in "China Kitchen" of hotel Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono. 

Both of them provide us with so nice meal. In Mandriano, we usually have pizza quatro fromage and fried potato. Sometimes, carpaccio accompanies. As the ranch makes top-quality cheese like "Parmigiano Reggiano" and other kinds of cheese, the dishes are breath-taking and grabbing the stomachs of the visitors.  

 

Brunch in Osaka !

The small park in Osaka Nanba Area was so impressive and made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. The APA Hotel in Nanba Shinsaibashi has such relaxing space in front of in-house convenience store, gym and spa.

They are on the same floor and so reasonable and convenient to enjoy exercise, bathing and drinking beer in this place. For the guests from overseas, it must be catering to their needs.

Furthermore, we could have such nice brunch in the cafe run by "Moncher" near the hotel.

 

An Oasis in Nanba, Osaka!

The small park near the Bay of Osaka Nanba was filled up with the aroma of the various kinds of flowers isolated by the trees surrounding the park. The season of rose flowers would be closed before hot and humid summer in Osaka.

As walking around the park may be tough in hot and humid summer under the strong sunshine, the end of the flourish may be appropriate for the city and citizens. 

I was curious to see the bronze figures like the citizens walking around the park but they may surprise the strollers in the darkness. What do you think about it ? 

 

The Flower Garden in Nanba Osaka!

I did not expect such beautiful a garden near the hotel we stayed in Osaka Nanba. Some people were walking around with their companion animals early in the morning. No joggers could be seen other than myself but the garden seemed to be the place of comfort for the citizens.

The plants blooming and to bloom  looked well-trimmed and fertilized.Surrounded by various kinds of trees, the garden was as if isolated from the buildings made of ferro-concrete. 

The garden is located in the mixture of the residential and business area and may be a cozy place to have a rest and relax. The indigenous people of Hokkaido Ainu performers certainly showed their presence in Osaka Kansai International Exhibition.

 

Speaking of Osaka cuisine!

It has been a while since I visited Abenoharukasu in Osaka last time. This time, I visited there when I could enjoy the landscape of the biggest city in western part of Japan with the surroundings mountains.

The cafe with the nice view looked so comfortable to kill time but we had to find cozy restaurant to savor amply the typical Osaka cuisine.

Takoyaki, Akashiyaki and Okonomiyaki were the must-to-have on that day even though the second restaurant was waiting for us after this starter of that evening.

 

Going through the International Exhibition !

After strolling around the ven of Osaka Kansai International Exhibition, we headed to Abenoharukasu Building to explore the musium where one of my wife's friends was working for that as a curator.

The Building gas so nice garden on the same floor of the musium and some people were enjoying chatting and relaxing.

My wife's friend was working hard to receive the special guests from overseas. My wife seemed to be so proud of her friend.

 

Walking Around the Roof !

The Big Roof Ring in Osaka Kansai International Exhibition gas its upper level and lower one. There 4s slope filled with green and flowers.  

Some of the pavilions are still being constructed and a few of them can not expect the payment for that unfortunately.

The Big Roof Ring was supported with these pillars made of not-so-big trees by means of Japanese traditional art of construction. Some people said we should leave this wooden art despite the expensive cost to do that.

I looked for Himeji City where my former colleague were working for the Japanese Central Government affiliated research and development center after stepping down from his last position in the Ministry of Education, Science and Culture.

Setonaikai Ocean could be seen so clearly even though it was not so fine on that day. 

The Big Roof Ring had so nice view of the ocean and the prefectures surroundings it.

The Big Roof Ring was much bigger than we expected and gave us so nice angle for looking around the adjacent regions.
