Usually, we have had so called Shabushabu dinner in AEON Shopping Mall Asahikawa when we stayed near the rail station but we chose " Gokoku" Restaurant on that day to eat fried oystersand grilled cod that had been soaked and flavored with Japanese sake paste sake kasu that means the off-white residue left after extracting sake .
The fried oysters were so crisp, juicy and tasteful. The milk of the ocean filled us up with vim and vigor.
Nevertheless, the protagonist on that dinner was grilled mackerrel. It was so delicious and tasteful with the aroma of the ocean.
