Historical buildings in Hokkaido Kaitaku-no-mura!

This is the former old building of  Post Office of Hokkaido. The taste of the design is North  America. The old wooden building of an old Japanese inn was also moved to the village.

This is the old office building of Hidaka Sub-Prefectural Area of Hokkaido Government. It had been in Urakawa Town where my wife was born.

You may feel as if you had time-slipped in the old era when the pioneering in Hokkaido had begun. A horse train was in service on the central street of the village. Who do you think will get on the train in the near future ?
