Unangax/ Aleut Museum in Unalaska 3 !

One Ainu lady joined our delegation and wore the costume of king crab fisherman in the museum. The kayak of Aleut people was the fastest ship on this globe.

This is also a yacht parka made of the guts of sea lions or seals. Needless to say, it is waterproof. For the kayak riders, the waterproof parka is the "must" during their hunting.

The sun visor on the top of the showcase was like a crown for Aleut people. It showed the rank of the person in the hierarchy of the community. It may be impossible to make the crown-like sun visor nowadays.
