Jogging around in Nanporo Town !

Fortunately, I could not feel the smell of livestock and chemical fertilizer while I was enjoying the scenery of the outskirt.

Nanporo Town was one of the famous places that spearheaded the movement of "Footpath". The tour had been conducted by the members of a certain NPO that exerted all out efforts to allure the people from inside and outside of the town.

The history of the town, the efforts made by the farmers that raise the crops and veggies organically and other intriguing stories were delivered in the tours.
Many people and entities are struggling to revitalize their town, mainly outside of Sapporo City.
Please visit the town and enjoy walking or jogging as well as hot spring bathing afterward!
