Umbilical cord sweet ?

As Furano City is located at the center of Hokkaido Island, the citizens called their city the navel of Hokkaido.
The name of this Japanese-style bun stuffed with custard cream produced in Furano City is "umbilical cord cake" or "cake of navel" in Japanese.

Needless to say, the custard cream was made from the quality egg produced in Furano City.
It is so nice !
