Otokoyama Japanese Sake Brewery had been awarded many times and created avariety of Japanese Sake

that maximized the happiness of eating culinary delights and eased the pain.

Various kinds of cups, jacks and cutlery were displayed in the showcase of the Sake Museum. 
The quality Japanese Sake was supported and maintained by these godsend paddy fields, farmers and Sake brewing masters.

"Otokoyama" Japanese Sake Brewery working!

This is the insi of Otokoyama Japanese Sake Brewery in Asahikawa City that is creating a variety of Japanese Sake making people happy and easing the pain.
In order to appreciate the clients and the citizens, the Brewery  had conduted  the open-Brewery anual event as shown below.
The temperature in the Brewery is kept ata certain level. The fermentation in the tanks makes the temperature higher and the Sake-brewing masters have to control all the situation. In order to avoid too much and prompt fermentation, snow was used to cool down the tanks in some northern area of Japan before.

Japanese Sake "Otokoyama" to the World !

Otokoyama Japanese Sake Brewery is exporting its Sake to the world and has many channels to sell them to overseas.
It seemed that Otokoyama Japanese Sake Brewery has no channel to South America and Africa. It must have to provide with the information on how to savor enough the Japanese Sake and what kinds of foods fit the Sake to a T.

In my opinion, Japanese Sake, particularly the dry ones create much more  amazing collaboration with Seafood than white wine.

" Otokoyama" Japanese Sake Brewery won Gold Medal !

The Gold Medals and papers of a variety of awards  gained by Otokoyama Brewery were displayed in the showcase.
Otokoyama Brewery  expanded its business to the world except for the South America and Africa. 

It may be tough to keep the appropriate temperature for the Japanese Sake  during carrying the containers to distanced regions on this globe.

Several kinds of Japanese Sake made in Otokoyama Brewery could be tasted from the server on the table at the corner of the souvenir shop of the Museum.
The pure and gifted water to make the Japanese Sake of Otokoyama Brewery could be also tasted  in the souvenir shop .
The Japanese Sake made in the Brewery was awarded many times in Japan and International competition.It gained 48th consecutiveyear of Gold Prize in overseas Spirit and Liquor competition.

During the lunch time on our business jaunt to Asahikawa City, we were taken to the well-founded Japanese Sake Brewery "Otokoyama and its Museum in the suburb of the city.
The entrance of the Museum was the place of the display for showing the history and the icon barrel of the Brewery.
 Of course, a variety of tools, explanation, coat, maps, photos were displayed inside the building that told a lot about the Brewery.

The Hidden Gem in Asahikawa City !

I was introduced a hidden gem in the suburb of Asahikawa City  on my business jaunt to visit a paper manufacturering factory that had several boilers that burne coal, waste tires, and wooden biomass. and 
The restaurant seemed to focus on Seafood rice bowls topped with plenty of sushi-grade fresh fish slices and the dining and living space of a normal house were used as eatery.
It felt like visiting friend's home and being treated to the Daddy's signature dishes. After the lunch, we visited Otokoyama Japanese Sake Museum.

The landscape of Sorachi Sub- prefectural Area from the train windows!

I was heading to Asahikawa City on my business jaunt to find private company that provided us with kind cooperation to make the most of the coal produced in Sorachi Sub-prefectural Area in Hokkaido.
On my way to Asahikawa City by train, I could enjoy the pastoral scenery of the Sorachi area.
Speaking of rice crops, we would be able to celebrate bumper crops in coming autumn but the average age of puddy farmers in Japan is over seventy years old.We have to figure out the measure to maintain the produce of rice and other crops, veggies.

"The Forest of Air Water !"

The high-pressured gas providing company "Air Water" in Hokkaido launched their communication facility "The Forest of Airwater" adjacent to AEON Soen near my condo.
It has so nice a Restaurant  in the building and the visitors can read books an chat using the stools, benches and tables.
Only the foods sold in the Restaurant can be savored there.
The hamburg dish with salad sourced locally was the chef's signature dish and they were raised in suc pastoral arenear Sapporo.

Sapporo City View from the Lavender Hill !

It had been decided we would receive a Korean girl in a part of Jenesis Program conducted by Japan International Cooperation Agency and Hokkaido International Exchange and Cooperation Center.
We planned to take her to this place and checked up the situation of the blooming lavender on that day.
Soon the flowers including lavender would fully flourish and our guest would enjoy this city view and taking photos with these flowers.

The Lavender Garden in Sapporo City !

The Lavender Hill require 500 Japanese Yen to enter the garden by car and to park the car on the peak of the hill or the hillside from where the city view of Sapporo can be seen.
Violet flowers shaped spheres were standing and blooming on the city side of the hill. They seemed to need the circumstance with no strong wind because they stood higher than other plants.
The flower balls were swinging in the comfy wind on the hillside near Horomi Pass.
