Bleeding?

All the members of the Hokkaido Delegation were put a red paint at the center of the center of their forehead after putting some kind of spice into the flame set in the foyer of the building.

Amity University has so large premises that we took a cart for the private tour in the university. A blow of comfortable wind refreshed us and tickled our interest.  

These are the members of the Hokkaido Delegation including the private businesses in Hokkaido. They kindly joined the delegation because they were interested in hiring the top talents from India.

 

Faculty of Engineering and IT in Amity University !

Different from the way of recruitment in Japan where the university students seeking for the job access the companies' website they may want to apply for, in India, the companies that seek for the talented graduates approach the universities that may provide the human resources they want.   

We Hokkaido Government may have to arrange the joint matching event in each university that would establish special affiliation with Hokkaido businesses.

We heard that some companies donated to the universities to provide the students with the opportunity to learn Japanese language to work in Japan. Some entities affiliated by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Investment give good supports and subsidies to the companies.  

 

Faculty of Engineering in Amity University !

This is the study rooms of the Faculty of Engineering in Amity University, Delhi, India. The university will provide the businesses in Hokkaido with its talented graduates in a variety of areas.

The university kindly arranged the private tour in the faculty building and explained their goals to raise the students.The equipment and facilities of the faculty were so nice and seemed to target on automobile manufacturing.

I heard that three big business groups in India such as Tata, Rliance and Birla group absorb  the talents from the universities but tops of the tops tend to seeke for their career in the United States, Canada and Europe.   

 

Toward Next Year with Amity University !

In a sense, the members of the Hokkaido Delegation were overwhelmed by the ritual presentation of Amity University. But I was sure they were so satisfied with their visit to the university. 

So many staff took the memorial photos of all the participants to the first meeting again and again. Such behavior may make the guests feel that they were treated so nicely and comfortably. 

The company that cut the deal with Hokkaido Government to visit India had already established a cooperative affiliation with Amity University and as it headquartered in Tsukuba City, Ibaraki Prefecture had also established a cooperative affiliation with the university.

 

Established a Solid, Beneficial and Everlasting Relationship with Amity University !

We were given a mementos that had the name of the university and emblem developed by the university.Speaking of IT business in Hokkaido, the businesses are short of the human resources including engineers. 

Some IT companies had to decline new contracts due to the short of man power and talents. Sorry for iffy talk but if the IT businesses in Hokkaido could recruit many top talents from India, the prosperity of the industry would be promised. 

Each delegation members of the Hokkaido Delegation was given a memento carved the name of the university. The ceremonial manner to receive the guests from overseas may make them excited and feel exotic atmosphere. 

 

Amity University Supreme !

The center of the activity in Amity University is Dr. Ashok K. Chauhan.  His super power and initiatives take the university students and teachers around the world and allure many businesses to Delhi, India.  

The recruitment manager kindly received Hokkaido Delegation and delivered welcome note to the delegation members. I really appreciate their manner to receive us.

Having a cup of coffee, we listened to their explanation and comments. Their talk was more understandable than I expected. Each member of the Hokkaido Delegation composed of constructor, steel-man and IT engineer. 

 

Amity University in Delhi continues to provide talented graduates !

Job-landing is a crucial matter for not only the graduates from the university but also the university itself. Approximately one point fifty million students graduate from their university but about forty percent of the graduates can not find their job every year.    

Job-landing is also a political matter Even in India like in Bangladesh adjacent to India. The businesses and industry in India can not accommodate all the graduates  so many of the top talents tend to seek for their careers in the north America. 

But after the second installation of the President Donald Trump Jr., it got tough to enter the U.S.A. from overseas. The students who graduated the universities in India may have to seek for another jump m Asia including Japan and Europe.   

 

Encounter with Amity University in Delhi !

After greetings and introduction of the participants to the first meeting with Amity University, we Hokkaido Delegation was given a briefing on the university itself and its graduates actively moving the world on this globe.

It seemed that the university got used to receiving delegations from overseas such as the United States, Canada, the UK and Germany. We heard that 40 % of the graduates from the Faculty of Engineering could not land job just after their graduation. 

Its affiliation with a variety of government, businesses and entities struck as the worldwide connection that would bring the prosperity to the concerns. The powerful move of the university and the businesses pertinent to the university  allured us and grabbed our hearts.   

 

Amity University in Delhi !

Amity University in Delhi seemed so used to receiving their guests with kind of exotic and Indian taste manner. We were welcomed by so many students and professors of Amity University.

We were received by so many teachers and students despite their usual busy curriculum on week days. I was put a red point on my face but it was like a bleeding on my face.    

The venue of the meeting with the professors and students of Amity University seemed to be so well-prepared and beautiful. I was so impressed by their sophisticated way to receive the important guests.
