I had joined the training program of high-pressured gas accident conducted on the premises of Sapporo Firefighters College in the North District of Sapporo City. i was so impressed by the facilities for the training of firefighters such as ten-story building and skeleton towers.
Basically, the training stories were car accident involving the high-pressured gas carrier truck, taxi. Police cars, water cannon truck and tank truck played their own role. The training event continued for a few hours in the cold wind.
The Association of High-pressured Gas Sellers in Hokkaido arranged the event in Sapporo but it had been conducted also in Kushiro and Asahikawa. For the preparation of the event, a certain number of the members are required, so the candidates of the venue are limited.
