I was so sorry for not worshiping Funatama Shrine in Motomachi Area on that day but I bowed in front of the gate "Torii" which means "Gate" in Hebrew. Motomachi Public Hall was shining with the sunshine of rising sun.
I met only one senior lady walking in front of the former public hall. It seemed that jogging was not so popular for the citizens. She kindly greeted to the stranger, I mean myself, and seemed to be praying for something to the sun.
Different from the night scenery, Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church of Hakodate was reflected the sunshine and brighter than the lighting up at night. Its natural beauty was superior to the artificial light.
