The protagonists of the course dinner were served to our table in the restaurant on the ground floor of Hotel La Vista Hakodate Bay, "Norte". The grilled beef topped with the paste of Japanese wild horse radish and grain mustard.
Grilled salmon and mushroom were served with grilled petit tomato and special sauce created by the chef. Each portion of the dishes seemed to be for females but I was filled up with happiness brought by the dishes in the erstaurant.
The grilled beef grilled to a delicate extent was decorated and flavored with fried veggies such as lotus root slice, broccoli, small potato, onion, herb and seaweed. As we had to eat a bowl of ramen noodle soup after dinner, we wrapped up our time of culinary delights on that day.
