Started with the beautiful sunrise and the Magic Hour with the silhouette of the downtown of Sapporo, we headed to Niseko and had lunch in the restaurant run by Lupicia Tea Company.
I had curry doria and my wife did grilled pork sourced locally. Needless to say, the fresh veggies were from Niseko and Kutchan Town. The colors on the dishes were so intriguing and fascinating.
