Japanese Language Learning Opportunity in Hokkaido !

In order to accelerate to provide the expatriates from overseas with opportunities to learn Japanese language, Hokkaido Prefectural Government held an ad hoc meeting of the experts and practitioners of teaching Japanese on August 8（Tue.）. 

Paticularly, the workers who came to Hokkaido as trainees from overseas need the opportunities to learn Japanese language and customs. 

A certain guideline will be decided by the prefectural government after getting opinions from these experts.
 

Setsu Niseko We Love !

Hotel Setsu Niseko seemed to have exerted its best

 efforts to arrange the layout of artistic objects in its building and courtyard. They

are what the tourists from abroad are craving to see and soak themselves in.  

I don't think all the tourists understand the meaning and value of these works of calligraphy and the objects but the atmosphere created by those art works and lighting absolutely  make us so happy and relaxed. 

The metal objects shaped like migratory birds were on the wall of corridor. During our stay in the hotel, " Treasure- Hunting Game" was arranged and the key to the goal was hidden

at the foot of this

display.

 

The display and courtyard of Setsu Niseko !

The interiors of Hotel Setsu Niseko looked so sophisticated Japanese taste because its main

target is the tourists from overseas, particularly well-heeled afluent group.  

Its courtyard is well-designed, well-maintained and lit up so nicely in the evening. It is like a small village in the nature of Niseko. 

I love the calmness and few opportunity to

see other guests in the hotel in green season. It will close the facility in coming October to check up before the high-season in winter. We will make the most of the calm season before that.  

 

Light-emmiting Jelly Fish again!

The fireworks event in Niseko Hanazono Area was wrapped up after the seven-minute performance. 

The light emitting objects on the hillside was made of the optical fibers like this. 

They were blown by the wind in front of the bright room light of Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono. Light-emitting jelly fish seemed as if they were living in the deep sea. 

Not so many people were walking along the jelly fish parade like Milky Way because the audience fascinated by the fireworks moved to the lift station to go up the hillside of the mountain. We made a best choice of the move in the darkness.

 

Fireworks below the eye-level !!

We were so fascinated by the moving light of the lift-frame and the seven-minute fireworks that we could forget the world of envy, jealousy, malice, conspiracy, greed and hostility. My wife was having tough time 

The light-emitting objects shaped like jelly fish looked like a river of lava. The collaboration of the fireworks and the Mountain Light made the scenery like the cosmos that gave birth to stars and collision.  

The fireworks artists may have to commute to Niseko Hanazono every day during the event of the Mountain Light till early October. It must be dangerous for the hotel staff to handle the gunpowder in the darkness.

 

Fireworks in Niseko Hanazono Revenge !

The first shot was made a little bit after eight. Most of the audiences were near the lift station or twice light-emitting objects. The fireworks exploded below the altitude of our lift. When the hillside was in the fog two weeks before, the cloud and fog turned brighter and more white.

We could really enjoy the scenery and the art of gunpowder as well as the art of emitting optical fiber made by the local Maestro. The sounds of explosion were resounding in the silence and darkness.  

We could forget everything for a while. Just watching and listening to the fireworks,  we soaked ourselves in the atmosphere like in the dream. Blown by the comfy winds on the hillside, we were so refreshed but getting hungry a little bit.  

 

"Mountain Light" in Niseko Hanazono again!

We visited Niseko Hanazono again to see the night view of the Mountain Light and fireworks in front of Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono. When we had visited there two weeks before, the area was in the fog and we could not see the fireworks hidden by the fog. 

We could see the light-emmiting objects on the hillside so clearly from the lift moving over the slope. We did not walk down the hill but went around by the lift twice. 

The fireworks would get started at eight in the evening and continue for seven minutes. It was very calm just before the fireworks event and the sound of lift moving could be heard　from the darkness.
