Hotel Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono !

The total design and the layout of the objects impressed us so much with the sophisticated taste and hospitality of comfort. The ingredients of the cuisine were displayed on the shelves and in the fridge.

The built-in fridge and shelves were the works of art themselves. The building was like a labyrinth on the hillside of the mountain.

The corridor on the ground floor, precisely speaking, the lobby floor on the fourth floor, seemed to be poured a hectic amount of money. I felt kind of jealous to lthe architect who designed the building.

 

Italian Restaurant "Olivio" in Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono !

We had a nice lunch in the Italian Restaurant "Olivio" in Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono. The design of the building may overwhelm the citizens in Hokkaido. So may the cuisine of the restaurant.

I love to start dinner with pints of beer or glasses of wine with olive but for lunch, I did not drink alcohol on that day. Even though, we had very happy time in the restaurant with so nice dishes. 

We found the superb carbonara and pizza quatro fromage of another level in the restaurant. They were so different from the ones we had in our favorite Italian restaurant in Sapporo. Please try Olivio for your happiness. 

 

Hotel Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono !

The high-end hotel for affluent tourists, particularly from overseas,  appeared in Niseko Hanazono Area. Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono.  Dedesign of the hotel is so nice. Interiors with sophisticated design are huge and overwhelm the Japanese tourists. 

Some ample spaces of comfort and relaxation are well-designed and arranged. Everything in the room was selected and arranged for the delights and relaxation of the guests. 

This is the same place where we enjoyed "Mountain Lights" in front of Hotel Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono. The light-bulb of illumination could not be seen in daytime. Son the place will be covered with white powder snow.

 

Morning of Hokkaido !

Soon the downhill ski course in Hirafu Area of Niseko will open after enough snowfall. It was still green when we visited in October. On October 11, closed Japan would open for the foreigners.

Once the ski resort area Niseko with the best quality powder snow swallowed so many tourists in winter, it will be difficult for us to enjoy our stay in the hotels mainly designed for the tourists from overseas.  

Until then, we should make the most of this current tough situation for the tourism industry in Hokkaido, I think.

 

"The Mountain Lights" in Hanazono, Niseko 2 !

What do you think when you see such scenery from the lift moving over the hillside of the mountain at night? 

The trail of the lights seemed to be made of light-emitting jelly fish.

It was very calm and the subtle sound of winds and the noise of the lift made the atmosphere so sacred and mysterious. It was like a parade of jelly fish in the deep sea. We shared so hypnotizing scenery on that day.

I found many objects of cows with a variety of colors in Niseko area. I am not sure the reason but the region may want to appeal the high quality of the dairy products produced in the area. Actually, some famous and popular ranches and farms focused on the tourism and value-added marketing.     

Have you ever heard of "The Mountain Lights" in Niseko Hanazono Area ? For me, it was new to hear. So I did not expect this scale of illumination. On the hillside of the mountain on the back side of Hotel Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono, so many flowers of lights were arranged so nicely. 

The lift for downhill skiing was used to carry the guests enjoying the scenery like a illusion. I could not recognize if it was a real or a dream in silence. It was until the beginning of October. I understand why my wife was eager to see the scenery.

 

Restaurant "Kumo" in Hotel Skye Niseko again !

The chef of the restaurant "Kumo" in Hotel Skye Niseko seemed to be so  skilled, experienced and seasoned. The grilled minced chicken skewers were so impressing and knocked us out. Potato cakes were also perfect to show the potential of Hokkaido. 

Grilled pork skewers with onion are my favorite. The ingredients seemed to be well-selected and processed. The pork was sourced locally as well as the onion. The simple seasoning is one of the most difficult thing and requires high degrees of experience and skills. 

The sign of the Hotel "Ki" Niseko has the slices of the wood to show the concept of the hotel. Many silver birches were planted on the premises of the hotel. Ki means wood in Japanese.
