The beautiful scenery like an illusion was getting vague in our memories but at the end of the trekking beside the trail of lights, a breathtaking performance by the indigenous people in Hokkaido Ainu started with the mysterious sound of the mouth harp made of a string and wood.
The solo mouth harp player continued to play in the darkness and soon a flame appeared at the center of the light circle. The guests staying in Hotel Park Hyatt could watch the show from their room.
The last performance of Ainu-version fire knife started just before the start of fireworks for several minutes. It was a little it hard to take photos of their performance and the fireworks in a shot.
